携手并进，共筑法治安全桥梁

2024年9月25日，国培中心特邀深圳市公安局出入境管理局、深圳市科技创新委员会（深圳市外国专家局）及深圳市移民事务服务厅，成功举办了一场意义非凡的“2024外国教师普法安全教育讲座”，旨在为我们的外籍教师们搭建起一座坚固的中国法律与文化桥梁，助力每位教师在深圳这片热土上安心执教、乐享生活。

CIPTC invited instructors from Exit-Entry Administration of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau, Science, Technology and Innovation Commission of Shenzhen Municipality (Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs) and Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall on September 25th, 2024 to give lectures on laws, regulations, and safety awareness to CIPTC foreign teachers, in order to strengthen foreign teachers' awareness of the law and safety, enhance the safety management of foreign teachers, and help foreign teachers understand the latest laws, policies, and regulations on better living and working in China.

法律之光，照亮前路

出入境法律法规（主讲人：郑军警官）

郑军警官以深入浅出的方式，为外籍教师讲解了广东省、大中华区及粤港澳大湾区的概念，让外籍教师们对这片土地有了更加宏观而清晰的认识。更细致入微地解析了各类签证的适用场景与申请要点。从工作签证的严谨申请到家庭团聚的温馨安排，每一环节都讲解得详尽透彻，为外籍教师在中国的每一步生活保驾护航。同时，郑警官还深入剖析了中国公共安全法律框架，明确了行为边界，并巧妙融入了中国文化的精髓与社交礼仪，促进了中外文化的深度理解与尊重。

Officer Zheng from Foreigner Management Department in Exit-Entry Administration of the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Bureau explained the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People's Republic of China. He introduced various types of visas and their applicable scenarios, as well as the key points of application. Additionally, Officer Zheng analyzed the Chinese public security legal framework, clarified the boundaries of behavior, and integrated the essence of Chinese culture and social etiquette to deepen the understanding and respect between Chinese and foreign cultures.

事务服务，一站式关怀

移民事务服务厅介绍（主讲人：李春荣主任）

李春荣主任全面展示了服务厅的全生命周期服务模式，从初来乍到的引导到融入生活的每一个细节，都充满了人文关怀。无论是政务办理的便捷、商务合作的拓展，还是日常生活的点滴需求，服务厅都提供了多元化的解决方案。此外，她还深入解读了个人所得税政策，并详尽介绍了政府津贴、专业培训、法律咨询等丰富资源，为外籍教师的职业发展铺设了坚实的基石。

Director Li from Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall, explained the full life cycle services of Shenzhen Immigration Affairs Service Hall. As well as the personal income tax policy and elaborated on the abundance of resources such as government subsidies, professional training, and legal consultations, laying a solid foundation for the career development of foreign teachers.

工作许可，开启新篇章

在华工作许可申请（主讲人：方三妹老师）

方三妹老师以其专业的视角，为我们详细解读了《中华人民共和国行政许可法》中关于外国人在华工作的各项规定。她不仅明确了用人单位与申请人的基本条件，还清晰划分了外籍人才的分类标准与申请路径。通过详尽的材料清单、流畅的申请流程以及明确的审核周期，方老师为外籍教师绘制了一幅清晰的职业发展蓝图。

Officer Fang from Shenzhen Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs, interpreted the laws and regulations for foreigners’ residence permit and introduced the innovation policies for foreign talents. With a detailed list of materials, a smooth application process, and a clear timeframe for review and approval, Officer Fang drew a clear blueprint for the career development of foreign teachers.

互动问答，消除疑虑

在互动问答环节，外籍教师们积极提问，主讲嘉宾们耐心解答。无论是关于探访签证、家属居住登记的疑问，还是紧急报案、跨市旅行登记的困惑，都得到了高效、专业的解答。这一环节不仅消除了外籍教师的诸多顾虑，更拉近了彼此之间的距离，营造了温馨和谐的交流氛围。

After the lectures, foreign teachers raised their hands to ask questions about laws and regulations and working in China. Instructors answered their questions in detail. This session not only dispelled many concerns of the foreign teachers, but also brought them closer together and created a warm and harmonious communication with each other.

We expect every foreign teacher could show their brilliance in Shenzhen, and jointly promote the exchange and integration of Chinese and foreign cultures.
